陈牧：寡人闻，祸兮福所倚，福兮祸所伏，何也？先生教我。

萧凡：臣以为，得其所利，必虑其所害；乐其所成，必顾其所败。人为善者，天报以福；人为不善者，天报以祸也，故君子慎之，夫上知天则不失时，下知地则不失财，日夜慎之则无害灾。

陈牧：先生之言是也，寡人受教矣。
